In the early years after Air Niugini Operations commenced, flight crew found that many of the notices and memos issuing from fourth floor flight management were far from the professional dry quality that one would normally expect. Many of them were amusing, sarcastic or downright outrageous. The main perpetrator of this type of memo musing was OP (Overproof) Evans, closely followed by D.D.I Campbell. Obviously some of them could never be copied to personal files. Due to today’s “political correctness” and risk of litigation such humour cannot be seen
